Each meal comes with heating directions and is fully prepped and cooked, with the exception of roasted veggies - which are fresh, seasoned and ready for the oven!

WE OFFER PICK UP

We offer pick up on Mondays from 10 to 7 and Tuesdays from 10 to 6 every week and accept orders until the Thursday before that meal. Meals are regularly portioned for a family of four, but please let us know if you’re in need of a different portion size! Prices are listed on the form below and you’ll pay for your order in person at pick-up.

Pick Up Dates: Mon, July 12 or Tues, July 13

Order Due By Thursday, July 8 by 10PM

• Creamy sausage, spinach and artichoke stuffed portobello mushroom caps-ready to bake
Vegetarian option with vegan sausage crumbles available-please note if vegetarian option is picked (Keto, GF)
• Pineapple teriyaki chicken breast with pineapple salsa (GF,DF)
• Salisbury steak (GF upon request)
• Pork chops with baked apples (GF)
• BLT Caesar with grilled chicken breast or marinated ready to cook shrimp skewers (5 shrimp/skewer/portion-shrimp are 26/30 in size)-classic caesar on romaine with fresh shredded parmesan,bacon and cherry tomatoes, dressing and croutons on the side-please note chicken or shrimp when ordering (GF without croutons)
*shrimp will be raw and ready to cook(we recommend cooking/consuming within 1-2 days)
**mixed greens and spinach are available as well, just let us know if you would like different greens

• Chicken marsala (GF upon request)
• Sloppy joes-buns on the side (GF rolls available,DF)
• Teriyaki pork and vegetables (GF,DF)
• Cilantro lime chicken taco salad- sliced cilantro lime chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, seasoned black beans, seasoned corn,shredded cheddar, and tortilla strips over romaine with baja ranch dressing on the side (GF without tortilla strips, DF without cheese)
*shrimp can be substituted for chicken, please make a note if ordering shrimp instead-shrimp will be raw and ready to cook(we recommend cooking/consuming within 1-2 days)

• Salsa chicken with monterey jack cheese-seasoned chicken breast with fresh salsa topped with monterey jack cheese (Keto, GF, DF without the cheese)
• Stuffed peppers (GF)
• Creamy garlic mushroom pork chops (GF upon request)
• Balsamic and Bleu salad with apples and chicken-our classic cafe salad on mixed greens with chopped walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles, and dried cranberries with apple slices and grilled chicken breast. Balsamic vinaigrette on the side. (Keto, GF, DF without the bleu cheese crumbles)
