Meal Prep Ordering

Each meal comes with heating directions and is fully prepped and cooked, with the exception of roasted veggies - which are fresh, seasoned and ready for the oven! 


We offer pick up on Monday and Tuesday every week and accept orders until the Thursday before that meal. Meals are regularly portioned for a family of four, but please let us know if you’re in need of a different portion size! Prices are listed on the form below and you'll pay for your order in person at pick-up. 

Weekly Menus

Pick Up Dates: 12/7 and 12/8
Order Due Date: 12/3 by 10PM

Main Course:
• Grilled Chicken Breasts (2, 6oz breasts/serving)
• Pulled Pork (8oz portion, please specify if you want the sauce on the side)
• Cajun Chicken or Shrimp Pasta
• Teriyaki Pork and Veggies
• Salisbury Steak
• Cobb Salad (cherry tomatoes, chopped bacon, hard-boiled eggs and shredded cheddar with our house ranch on the side) - this meal does not come with a side option
